What colours should you wear this season? Autumn colours, of course! Rainy days make us put the flashy colours that made us so happy this summer back into our wardrobes. We'll welcome in mid-season tints...

I wanted to speak to you about Duck Blue. Just know that« Duck Blue » sounds like the name of a liquid toilet cleaner, but it isn't! I chose this colour because its name makes me laugh. You all know that a duck isn't really "blue" and also because I like it a lot. Its neither "too blue" nor "too green" but just right for blonds, brunettes and everyone in between. If you want to wear Duck Blue, you have two choices:

1. Wear it with other seasonal colours such as mustard or brown to get the 60’s trend style. You'll need a muslin shirt with a floppy collar.

2. Dare the « hunting and fishing style». We'll dig up a little skin-tight sweater and wear that with khaki jodhpurs. To put the cherry on the cake, we'll put on our masculine boots. What's easy to find is a pair of opaque Duck Blue tights.

Also know that Duck Blue is available in the make-up aisle. I like the Klein blue that makes brown eyes sparkle, but Duck Blue has to be used sparingly. Otherwise try blue fingernail polish for a Duck Blue accent!
