Yay, the Rugby World Cup has finally started. We'll soon get an eye full of this very testosterone full and ultimately manly sport. Respect, brawls, strategy, a great spectacle (and gorgeous guys), that's the rugby!

I love the rugby, simply due to its little intrigues...Of course the players help too - real men.

Yes it's true, those meagre footballers do sometimes have a great looking face and strong muscles. But honestly, watching them dive at a ball and roll around on the grass drives me crazy, it ruins the whole game (and too much gel is not a good look, isn't that right Cristiano).

The rugby man, he could get a nose bleed or a split lip (or two) and still carry on playing without complaint. It's very manly.
Pain? An unknown feeling. Hair gel? What's that? (the proof is with France's Rahan).

What I love most is the rugby spirit: respect for the referee and your opposing team, fair-play (has anyone seen any hooligans in a rugby stadium? Well?)… Even the referee takes his time, explaining the rules in a quiet and tranquil manner. It's true. Of course, it's also worth mentioning that even the TV ads with our favourite rugby stars are funny! It's a great change from the ads that take themselves far too seriously (I will beat the other team using only a football...I am a living god...) or that are quite simply pathetic.

No wonder 60% of French people prefer ruby to football*.
What about you, are you a football or rugby fan?
