Lily: How did you hear about Spartoo.co.uk?
Ursula: I was searching for a particular brand of shoe and your website came up as stocking it ... and then unfortunately I discovered a lot more shoes that I liked!

L : What do you like about the site?
U : The website is easy to use and I think that the picture quality and the many different angles the shoes are displayed in are really helpful. And if there are any problems, it's easy to make a return. 

L : What is/are your favourite shoe brand(s)?
U: I LOVE Chie Mihara, which is my favourite shoe brand. But I also like Bloch, Ikks, UGGS, Frye, and Lollipops.

L: What are your three favourite models on the website?

U: My favourite shoes on the site are the Chie Mihara Luria, Chie Mihara Quatro, and Chie Mihara Circo!

L : What made you want to participate in our game?
U: It was quite a fun challenge, which I found quite difficult and required going through lots of shoes (or in this week's case boots), I didn't really need an excuse to look at shoes! 

L : How did you react when you learned that you won a gift voucher worth £50?
U: I screamed, I rarely win anything ... though I did end up scaring my boyfriend who thought something bad happened and then was completely mystified as to why I was bouncing around the room! 

L : Have you used your gift voucher yet?
U: I haven't used my gift voucher yet. The shoes that I think I will purchase ( I'm torn between two), are currently out of stock in my size, so I used the size alert feature and I hope they'll be coming in soon.

L : If you were an accessory, you would be :
U: I think that I would be a clutch bag. I like accessories and shoes as they never make you feel the wrong shape or size, they suit everyone. Clutch bags are an indulgence and normally a statement piece either in colour or decoration. Since they aren't an everyday bag, they are special.

L : If you were a pair of shoes, you would be :
U: If I were a pair of shoes, I'd be a court shoe. As I find them most comfortable as they normally have a decent heel width and heel height. I think you can get a lot of variety with a court shoe.

L : What's your biggest fashion secret?  :
U: I wear a lot of skirts and dresses so normally I end up wearing tights or leggings a lot, and I cannot stand it when they fall down, so I sometimes wear an extra pair of pants over the top to hold them up and it really works! My boyfriend thinks it's hilarious and hums the superman tune a lot when I'm getting dressed!
